A body was discovered in an area of a creek along Monticello Road Wednesday, and the Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford, verified that the body belonged to Sims. Skip Holbrook of Columbia Police reports that Wardlaw was arrested for the murder of Sims and possession of firearms during an violent offence.
